Return Policy:

Alo will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund and will cover the return shipping on all U.S. orders with a pre-paid return label. While we don’t currently offer exchanges, you can generate a không tính phí return label by visiting our Return Portal. Be sure to lớn have your order number and gmail address ready.  

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 2 to lớn 4 business days to lớn process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via gmail once the refund has been issued!

We currently vì thế not offer không tính phí returns for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipment and cost. 

Alo is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. 

Start an Online return or Exchange

Please allow 2-4 business days to lớn process your return once it has been received by our warehouse.

We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to lớn your order) upon receieaving the return.

Online Processing, Refunds, and Exchanges

Refund to lớn Original Form of Payment

Please allow 2-4 business days to lớn process the return once it is received. You will be notified via gmail once processing has completed. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to lớn your order). Exchanges

Please allow 2-4 business days to lớn process the return once it is received. If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to lớn you with a new gmail for tracking. During the exchange process, you have the option for an instant exchange if you don't want to lớn wait for the return to lớn be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit thẻ and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to lớn ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your thẻ will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).

Gift Card Returns

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift thẻ, part other payment method) will always be refunded to lớn the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to lớn the other original payment.

Final Sale Items

Select bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Alo does not accept returns for any items from third-party retailers.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE (IN THE U.S.)?

You may return full price merchandise purchased in-store to lớn any Alo store for an exchange or full refund to lớn the original sườn of payment within 30 days of purchase. For cash transactions, any returns that meet the policy criteria can be credited to lớn a gift thẻ. You may also return or exchange full price merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift thẻ, part other payment method) will always be refunded to lớn the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to lớn the other original payment method.

You may return full price merchandise purchased in-store to lớn the same Alo store for a full refund to lớn the original sườn of payment within 30 days of purchase. You are unable to lớn return to lớn a different Alo store or online. For cash transactions, any returns that meet the policy criteria can be credited to lớn a gift thẻ. You may also return full price merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned for refund or store credit must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. CAN I BUY IN-STORE & RETURN ONLINE (IN THE U.S.)?

For U.S. purchases, you can cửa hàng in-store and try at home! Send back anything you don’t 100% love by starting your return in our Returns Portal. Make sure to lớn provide your gmail when checking out in-store! All other rules of the Return Policy apply.

Buy in store and return online is currently not available for purchases made outside of the U.S.

Does Alo Offer Price Matching?

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER? (In the U.S.)

U.S. orders can be exchanged online or in-store within 30 days of delivery. Please follow the steps above for how to lớn start a U.S. based exchange from the Returns Portal.

Exchanges are not currently available for purchases made outside of the U.S.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?

We are happy to lớn return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. Please reach out to lớn customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d lượt thích to lớn initiate a return.
